Can you force a customer to reschedule a booking?

Hi there, 

We are playing around with the bookings feature in CRM and I like how customers can schedule meetins with users or a team.

One question that we can't seem to find out from the zoho documentation is what is the best way to notify the customer to reschedule a meeting when needed? I know that they can cancel or reschedule from the email that they received when making the booking, but I don't seem to see a similar process from our end.
