Can you have multiple project portals? If so, how?

I have seen several references to having multiple project portals.  Desk offers a feature called "multi-branding" which allows support for multiple brands to be handled by a single overall account.   How can I create additional portals for Zoho projects?  This came up when my client wanted to do a test import from Basecamp into a "dummy" Zoho projects portal.
