Can you not track opens for emails sent directly on Microsoft Outlook?
Hi everyone,
Am I right in reading that it is not possible to get all the same tracking capability for emails sent from Outlook with the IMAP integration?
I can see the email sent under the account but not whether someone has opened it. Are there any work arounds for this?
Any advice to get the most out of our email integration and tracking with ZOHO and Outlook? From a sales team perspective.
