Can you set an ideal timeline with milestones for converting a potential?
We have various phases our sales process goes through. I understand how you can set up fields to show which phase a potential is in (e.g. we have 'First Contact','Demo scheduled', 'Free Trial started', etc) and there's a closing date, but is there a way to assign nominal dates to each phase so you can track how effective the process is and how things are trending? E.g. I'd like to select that a potential is a 'Medium' client with first contact on 1/04/14, so automatically Zoho would then say, therefore 'Demo scheduled' should by by 7/04/14, therefore 'Free Trial started' should be by 30/04/14 etc. I would then like to be able to pull up reports that say if who's overdue for their various stages (e.g. These customers are overdue for their Demo to be scheduled). Is anything like this possible?
