Can you sort the leads section by Lead Source? or Owner?

Can you sort the leads section by Lead Source? or Owner?

I am curious to know, if i have several employees logging into Zoho CRM and they are looking at the leads, it there a way to have custom views in how they see the leads?

For example, can someone see the leads by Owner, or Lead Source?
