Can you specify the primary Contact name with in the Accounts when having multiple contacts for the same account?

Can you specify the primary Contact name with in the Accounts when having multiple contacts for the same account?

Can someone help...

If you have 4 contacts for one account...  how do you know who the primary contact is?

Are we able to specify who the primary contact is?
