Can you upload CVs, search your CV database and send out to clients in Zoho?

We have targeted ZohoCRM as a free online database for our clients and candidates. Adding clients, easy enough, adding candidates is a little harder. I have added one as a contact (technically not right but can live with that) and uploaded the CV to this contact. Does anyone know if you can search a CV 'database' and then send these CVs to a client who is set up as an account with the client of a button?

Sorry if I have confused anyone but it is the easiest way I could explain.
