Can Zoho CRM Emails be used in Zoho Analytics in any capacity?
We're wanting to display details about Lead Activity in regular reports through Zoho Analytics but we're having difficulty integrating Emails at all. We'd like to be able to note when an email is received and when it is sent somewhere other than just on the Lead Record.
The idea is to have a report that will say "This is the last time an email was sent (or received)". I can force employees to use a custom 'Send Email' button that will note in CRM the time it was sent in a way that comes into Zoho Analytics, but I don't know how to register a received email.
Is there any way to get Email information from Zoho CRM to Zoho Analytics?
