Can Zoho do this for me?

We provide three basic services, project time, monthly recurring charges and part sales.
These have different margins and different impacts. For example, project time needs managing and scheduling so one team is interested in that. Monthly recurring costs often involved recruiting new staff on contracts at short notice, so a different team is interested in that so that they can plan the recruitment.
Testing out Zoho I can see that I can create new items for a quote, and do price books, but I also need to forecast those three categories, rather than just an overall figure. So my boss requires me to forecast the part sales for the next few quarters, as well as the project sales and recurring services sales.
Is that possible? Can I create a widget or dashboard or report that shows opportunities and values broken down in to the three categories?
If not, is it possible to export the data to Excel so that I can knock up a pivot table or something to show the data we need?
