Can zoho do what I need? Enhancing customer relationship for a Gaming business
Hi,
Currently my Cust Service officers are creating a daily reports that consists of :

Currently the company I work with, which is a gaming virtual currency distributor, has a backoffice program that works really well with customers that came to the website, but I know for a fact that it lacks something in a community value, currently we have a lot of registered users but really lacking in leads prospecting, customer pre and post communication, and all those perks that makes a customer comes back and refer us to other people.
I need to change that in the Country that I'm managing.
Currently my Cust Service officers are creating a daily reports that consists of :
1. Cases of unfinished or problematic orders, which holds the customers' payment number, and contact.
2. Leads of people that contacted us by phone or bbm or other means whom asked to be informed immediately when there is stock for the games they're willing to buy, these are gold, and very much untapped and unorganized in our company.
3. Complaints and Suggestions that has nothing to do with unfinished orders, like this division is slow, or that staff is impolite, and difficulty using our website or some third party company who we refer them to suddenly dont sell the things they're looking for.
4. Empty game stocks for fast moving games (this info is very enclosed to the main HQ's stock department and seems inorganized thus we have to keep ourselves informed well enough to be handling customers professionally)
so far I told them to write daily emails, which clutters my inbox and the only means of organizing them is by google labels, and folders, which lacks very much every thing imaginable, and managing them is a real pain when I have to think about other things such as marketing, new possibilities, and new ventures, and all sorts of stuffs to increase our sales in a macro level, micromanaging these things eats up the time I dont currently have.
So far I've put my eyes on Salesforce's service cloud, but they're too expensive, and I had to pretty much pull all of the expenses from my own pocket.
I'm hoping Zoho CRM can at least help me organize these, and if applicable, the contacts and leads for our indonesia company, the leads itself are very simple, consists of Name, Phone number or other means of quick contact, and the Game they're querying.
Is ZohoCRM the service I need?
