I've been back and fourth with Zoho, however, I cannot get a straight answer - I have my own domain and currently use Thunderbird on 3 machines via IMAP.
I'd like to test Zoho Mail and have subscribed to the standard package. I want to be able to use my company email in Zoho without having to change my MX settings - the idea being, if it doesn't help our workflow and I decide not to use Zohomail, I can revert back to Thunderbird without losing any of that interim content.
I also have the CRM & Campaign subscriptions, the CRM can access my emails (though that may only be for addresses added as contacts within the CRM). I would've thought ZM could likewise work in tandem.
An employee told me it could be done without MX update and provided

you will not be able to receive emails until you configure the MX records for your domain."
Surely this issue can't be
that complicated, I just need a straight answer!
