Can Zoho Marketing Automation 2.0 push data to crm as a journey update the details in the CRM ?
What I am trying to do is we get facebook leads and we get them directly in the CRM and then they are synced with Marketing Automation so they Stat receving mails, Whatsapp messages then if they reply their contact details are updated and then I tried to push that data to the CRM but it's not working. Can it be done or am I doing something work. So bascially when a lead comes they go to the CRM then sync to MA then if/when they reply their contact details then We want that to show up in the CRM so that we can follow - up with them.
