Do  you  prefer writing cheque  to pay  your  vendor bills?  If  so,  here comes  the  time saver  for  you.

Zoho Books now supports an easy way of printing cheques to pay your bills.​ For that all you have to do is get cheque stocks from cheque vendors, fill up the payment details in Zoho Books and then print the cheque directly from Zoho Books. You can also customize cheque alignments to suite your printer settings. 

To pay  a bill via cheque

Goto  bill details, hit  Pay via Cheque  option  from  the  drop down   near  to  Record Payment , fill  in  the payment details,  and  now  you  can  print  the  cheque .  You  can  also  just save  the  cheque   and  can  print  it later.

To pay multiple bills via cheque

You  can  also pay multiple bills  from  same  vendor.  For  that,  go  to  a particular contact details, hit  Pay Bills via Cheque  option  from  the  New Transaction   drop down , split amount  across bills  and pay  them  with  a single  cheque .

To adjust  cheque  alignment

Go  to  Settings , navigate  to  Templates , choose  Cheques  from  the menu,  and hit  Edit  button, where you  can  align  your cheques  and  print samples  of  it.

P.S.:  We support voucher style cheques alone  for  now.

Check Vendor

You can use any compatible checks that you may have, or you can use Dynamic Systems Cheques, which are highly compatible with Zoho Books. To know more you may refer the digital catalogue attached.
