Cancel ID or account
I created an account to see what Zoho was like. It seemed OK and now I have one of my senior admin people (Michelle) looking at the possibility of implementing the system.
HOWEVER, now that I have created an account, Michelle cannot add me to her system, nor any one that was initially added to my account.
How can a user account/ CRM ID be deleted or a CRM account be deleted?
