Cancel "zoho projects" subscription
Hello
I subscribed a business plan for Zoho Projects 2 months ago paying in advance for the next 12 months. Now I need to delete my current projects, cancel the subscription and get the money back for the unused months as written here http://www.zoho.com/projects/pricing-faq.html#4
I'm trying to follow the (very chaotic) instruction but I can't figure out how to do it.
When I click on "Close Account" I see an alert message which says:
You are about to delete your Zoho Account.
- Data in all Zoho Services will be deleted and your Zoho account will be permanently removed.
- Downgrade all Zoho Service's paid subscription before closing your Zoho account to stop further payments.
Of course, there is no "Upgrade/Downgrade" button in my portal interface.
Could you please help me?
I'd like also to know what's the refund procedure.
