Looks like it can only be sent by a user. so every candidate that applies, gets an invite email from the same recruiter in the organisation. We would like to update this to a generic "no reply" or a Hello@ email address. is this possible?
Please go to Setup - Portal - Candidate Portal - And then check for the invite emails. And kindly check on the from address. You can choose the email address from the list of users. Please note that you can use a custom address for this case. To add a new custom from address you can create an address in Setup - Templates - Custom From Address.
