Candidate skills assessment
Recruiter's skills assessment and/or test results should be linked somehow to the candidates' skills list. Having job opening skillset is quite valuable for job matching and candidate scoring; however, it's value comes down to the accuracy of the information on the candidate's record. Depending entirely on the information supplied by the candidate without the recruiter's validation, seriously limits the feature. Far from double-entering the interview and/or assessment results for the sake of searchability, I cannot seem to find an answer. Does anyone have a workaround for this?
