Cannot access mail via iPhone mail app
While I can send and receive emails via the ZOHO mobile app, I cannot access my mail using the iPhone mail app. Attached are the screen shots showing the settings used (based on the ZOHO site instructions). The final screen shot indicates that I do not have a password, but I am using the ZOHO PW to access my mail via the ZOHO app, so am uncertain as to what that means.
We are still in our trial period for our neubauermail.com domain and hope to have this resolved soon.
