Cannot access mailbox in Thunderbird
I'm trying to setup my Zoho mailbox in Thunderbird. I've enabled IMAP and have a 10 GB paid subscription but I keep getting the error below. (I have no problem sending/receiving email with the web and mobile Zoho apps):
