Cannot Access My Email cannot configure it with zoho

Hello

I have purchased a domain from Godaddy and the hosting from Bigrocks. Although the DNS is with zoho and we have tried to configure the mail with zoho we are unable to do so inspite of setting up the MX records as per the requirement of zoho we are unable to configure the mail properly. 

The referred mail id here is admin@venerateexports.com

Please help as we are undergoing facing a lot of issues for the same.
