Cannot access SMTP.ZOHO.COM from Outlook (mac) or external tests..... Cannot send mail. Thanks

I cannot access zoho.smtp.com all day. It worked fine yesterday,

I can receive mail fine, but cannot send.

Outlook (mac) doesn't connect.

Also, externalized report says its down as well.
