Cannot add alias or log in with phone number ( for confirmation ).

We cannot add alias or log in using phone number. We need to do these things to be able to change the shovel@ address to webmaster@ address.

We have read through various 'unable to add alias' forum posts and it seems that resolution sometimes depends on action your tech support take. If so, we would ask that our account be enable to perform these actions. Or, can you explain why we get these error messages and how to avoid ?
