Cannot add contact roles to opportunities

Cannot add contact roles to opportunities

Hello, you have a great all-around product, but i ran into a couple of glitches... I am not able to add contact roles to an opportunity. The screen says 'No Contacts Found' upon clicking 'Add Contact Roles' to the Contacts detail item in Opportunities.

Also, I cannot change the name of my company, It was enterd originally with lower case letters, need to change to the correct case.
