Hi

We work with google apps and zoho crm. I have an account and i want to add another user to the CRM. I have tried many different ways, but Zoho keeps saying that there is no account from our company. I have paid for two user accounts.

In short:

- I have a working Zoho CRM account.

- I am a admin in google apps (for our company).

- I want to invite another google apps user from my company in Zoho.

- I first tried creating the user from zoho. I invited him via users, add new user. 

- But this was a problem because he allready had a zoho account for testing the CRM. 

- We changed his primary emailadres and removed the one i invited. I then re-sent the invitation.

- He got the mail, but as he wants to confirm, zoho crm says he doesn't have the correct privilages, to join. He should ask an admin.

- When i look at the users is see him in the list, but his email is not confirmed. I can re-invite him, but if he wants to confirm, het gets a message that he doesn't have the correct rights. 

- In zoho he is an admin.

- Next step we did was through Apps and add-ons. 

- I added him from the list and i got a pop up i should go to the users section to give him the correct privaleges

- If he opens Zoho through google servicesm, het gets a message that his organisation doesn't have a Zoho CRM account. 

- He still cannot join or confirm

What can we do to add him to Zoho?
