Cannot Add Member to Organizational Group
A couple of days ago I created a business account. Paid the $13 for the domain (cascadiaweasel.com) and created a group for the rest of my follow classmates in college. Invited 7 people to join but one person was having problems getting in so I tried to create an account from scratch that I could give her. Here is the steps I took and what is NOT working for me.
- Created an e-mail account on my ISP (deniseebert@earthlink.net).
- Created a new "CONTACT" within Zoho to match the new e-mail account.
- Send an invite from ZOHO to denisieebert@earthlink.net to join the group.
- Received the e-mail with the subject of "You are invited"
- Clicked on the link and created the Zoho account for denise under the Zoho account of "Sparkleprincess007"
- Received an e-mail at denisieebert@earthlink.net with the subject of "Welcome to Zoho" asking me to "confirm" my registration.
- Clicked on the link and then entered my Zoho password and find myself logged into Zoho under the account of
"Sparkleprincess007".
My group is currently at me plus three others (4 total). "Sparkleprincess007" does not see any indication that she is part of my group. Subsequent invitations from my cascadiaweasel account delivers no new e-mails. I do not see "Sparkleprincess007" anywhere within my group member list and I don't see anyway to add her to my list.
I even when so far as creating yet another CONTACT for Sparkleprincess007@zoho.com and sending an invitation to that e-mail account. Sparkleprincess007@zoho.com never received the invitation and still not a part of my group.
