Our users cannot attach files by clicking the paperclip icon in notes. Sometimes after clicking it many times, it works. But usually not. Reloading the page does not help either.

The problem is happening in Chrome, and Opera browser. In Windows and Mac. It's been happening for many weeks or longer.

Attachments are crucial (for estimates, brochures,etc.) so we have stopped using Zoho products until we can migrate or resolve the issue.
