Cannot be sure that Apache Module mod_ssl is loaded?

Hi I am getting the message "Cannot be sure that Apache Module mod_ssl is loaded." in my Osclass, I made sure ZOHO settings are correct and I made sure I changed the settings in my hosts DNS settings. Is there anything else to do? Here's a screenshot of what I've done.
