I am a new user of Zoho projects, own the portal and have admin profile. I am setting up New Projects on behalf of others (who I have registered as Managers in Portal Users). When I set up a New Project I can choose any of the managers in the drop down list as Owner. Having done this and completed other fields and updated the project, when I return to edit the project and want to change the Owner the Owner Field will not give me the list of Managers. In fact I cannot edit the Owner Field in any way, so the only way I can change the Owner is to Trash the project and set up a new project with the revised Manager (now visible in a drop down list in the field).
This behaviour has only just occurred, because on earlier projects I have set up I can edit the Owner field and I can select any of the Managers. I have checked older Projects (like set up yesterday and the day before, all ok), new projects (today), fail.
I have checked every User profile etc... I feel that I am going mad with frustration.
Ideas???
