Cannot Change TeamInbox Send From Name

I have setup a sender address correctly including with smtp relay. When I send from that address inside of teaminbox my own personal name still appears as the sender in the inbox to the receiver. It does come from the sender email address setup in teaminbox but the name of the sender is my personal name instead of the contents of the Name field in the sender address inside teaminbox. So it actually looks like the email is coming from the wrong person when the receiver is looking in their inbox. 

funny thing is if i don't setup smtp relay, it will display the sender name as what is in the Name field of the sender inbox, yet it triggers some warnings in the receiver's inbox because it was sent on behalf of so we did smtp relay to not get flagged.
