Cannot configure email in Zoho CRM

I am unable to configure email to work inside Zoho CRM.

I watched this demo video:

I am following these instructions:

On this page, while logged into Zoho CRM:

I see this:

When I click the "Configure now" button, nothing happens.

How do I integrate Zoho CRM with email as explained in the demo video and instructions. Email integration is one of the main reasons I chose Zoho CRM.
