Hello. I too can not confirm a user. I am using zoho crm business and purchased 2 additional user accounts since I like what I saw. I set up the users but when I try to confirm, the link in the email takes me to this page:

I dont want to create  a new user since I already set them up. Just need to confirm. When I hit 'already have an account' it ask me to login. I try to login with the account I am trying to confirm and it does not work.
