Cannot connect IMAP to outlook

I have followed the instructions to connect my zoho account to Outlook IMAP but get this message:

I'm using the exact configeration you told me to. I can't think what I'm doing wrong. When I tried to add it to the outlook on my phone, which also didn;t work, it said my usernsame or password was not correct but they were correct.

We have some part time staff who work variable hours and their holiday allowance is based on pro rata system. In Zoho people is there any way to calculate their holiday allowance based on actual hours worked?
