Cannot connect PNC Bank (persistent error 429)

I am test driving Zoho Books and up until now was optimistic about this service. I have spent all day yesterday and trying again today to setup PNC bank (my operating account) to sync with Zoho Books BUT I keep getting error 429. I have tried setting it up using all the listed PNC bank entries that appear in the pull down menu but no luck (see screenshot below)




I have contacted Zoho Support both via chat and email seeking a solution but unfortunately they have been slow to respond thus we're stuck with moving forward. 

I have also contacted PNC bank directly and they have indicated that this issue is not on their end and that it's a problem with Zoho Books. 

I decided to post this problem here on the public forum hoping to hear if anyone else has had this problem and if someone can offer a possible solution.

I don't understand why Zoho Support doesn't have a sense of urgency to this issue.
