we love using zoho for our web app, but recently we aren't able to connect to the smtp server

we are using the members@9inesports.com account

we even tried services like wormly or mxtoolbox to test the smtp server but they can't even connect.

Any help?

We are able to send and receive emails from that account. It's weird
