Cannot connection to server

Cannot connection to server

Hi. Help me please.
1. From 17/11/2017  there are regular messages - it is impossible to connect to the server. Above 10 times per day.
Now the same situation.
2. Email client is outlook 2010.  In all organization e-mail accounts, in the folder "Send", if you sort mail by the field "TO", the field is displayed "FROM". Folders were not moved, copied or renamed. View settings in outlook set to default. This is clearly a imap synchronization problem. How can this be solved?

upd. In outlook by default From can be switched on To and back in one field(for example with exchange connection).
On zoho with default settings cannot be swithed from and to. Only can added secondary field (from or to) and see together(or one, if you remove field that you not needed). Swithed in one field do not workt.
