Hello Zoho Community,

I just signed up for Zoho Mail and successfully verified my domain (wisepsychiatry.net) via DNS authentication through Cloudflare. However, when I try to create my admin email address I keep getting this error:

"This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details."

I have tried multiple different usernames and all return the same error. I have already emailed them but saw from other posts here that the community forum gets faster responses.

Could someone from the Zoho team please look into this and help me get my account set up?
