Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account livingtruth in Zoho Business and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists.
the email id i created was info@livingtruthnow.com
I already sent email for the same on support.zoho.com but no response so far.
How can this be corrected?
