Cannot create mail account for my domain

Cannot create mail account for my domain

I have the domain ulgebra.com, when I create a mail account it says  This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@u*****".   But I'm the owner of this domain, How to rectify this and verify that this is my domain?Help me asap.Thank you
