Cannot Delete or Edit events

Cannot Delete or Edit events

Greetings.  I am editing our calendar for the year ahead and am not able to edit or delete events.  I've tried to do so via the pop-up box and agenda and no options to edit or delete appear.  I can only view the event, but not make changes.  I am the main user on the account and this is the first time this has happened.  Thanks for any help you can give.  Screen shots of agenda and the popup box are attached.
