Trying to export my contacts so that I can then import them to a different Zoho email account.

I select all contacts from one category, and click Export Contacts:

Then I click on the Export Contacts button, a message flashes at the bottom left of my window, something about "waiting for zoho.contacts<something>" and then nothing happens.

It worked ONCE today (after multiple attempts), but I've made lots of changes and need export again ... I tried it both from a windows laptop and an imac, and the same thing happens.
