Hi Zoho team,
I'm the org Super Admin for owlmind.dev (Mail Lite plan, 3 paid users):
- champ@owlmind.dev (Super Admin)
- isfand@owlmind.dev
- team@owlmind.dev
I need to enable IMAP and SMTP access for all 3 users (we're integrating with Smartlead for cold email outreach).
When I try to connect via IMAP I get:
"You are yet to enable IMAP for your account. Please contact your administrator"
I have searched extensively in the new Mail Admin UI but cannot find the IMAP/POP/SMTP toggles:
- Domain config (only has MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI)
- Email Policies → Default Policy → no IMAP toggle in any tab
- Security & Compliance → no IMAP toggle
- Other Application Settings → only Extensions/Integrations
- Individual User profiles (Mailbox Settings, Incoming Email Settings, Security, Account Actions) → no IMAP toggle
The official Zoho docs say "Login to Zoho Mail → Settings → Mail Accounts → click primary email" but in my Mail Lite UI I cannot find the IMAP toggle on the account detail page either.
Could you please:
1. Either enable IMAP/SMTP for all 3 users on owlmind.dev domain server-side, OR
2. Send me a screenshot/exact path showing where the IMAP toggle is in the current Mail Lite UI?
