cannot find VO 3.2 (3210)

Dear sir,

We are existing user using the captioned version. Now we are migrating to another server. While knowing that the "new" and "old" machine must have the same version, we cannot find the build 3210 in your websites. All we can download is 3.1. Would you please check if there is anything wrong and why the build 3210 is being removed?
