Hi. Since last night, iPhone user has been unable to get email from the server. See screenshot for error message.
Note:
- this issue happened suddenly.
- it has been working fine for a few years.
- no setting changes were done prior to this issue.
- user is able to login to the account via browser, but not phone.
- 2FA is not enforced on the account
- the mailbox is only 29% full.
How to resolve this?
