cannot get email on iphone

Followed instructions to setup mail on my iphone. It appears that I can send mail but not receive it. I get the error "Cannot Get Mail [account name] is currently unavailable". My email is webmaster@alltheguides.com.

Also, is it possible for me to setup a link to send to people so they can setup their own accounts/passwords, or do I have to make each account @alltheguides? If I have to make their accounts, how can they change their password later?
