Cannot get Google Apps and Zoho CRM to integrate

Cannot get Google Apps and Zoho CRM to integrate

I already had a Zoho CRM for CompanyA

Wanted to integrate email so created a Google Apps account for CompanyA

Changed my Zoho CRM primary email to be the same as the Apps email ID

Added Zoho CRM in Apps and when click through sure enough my CRM logs in and appears but thats where it stops - there is no "Zoho CRM for Google Apps" links under Setup as detailed in the KB for this. Cannot see my google email etc cannot add users etc

I really need some urgent help with this please as this is a production system
