1. I went to Setup > Templates > Email Templates and created a new template for an email and I put it into both the Public Email folder and a new folder.

2. I then went to More > Emails > Compose new Email....and want to insert my saved HTML template into a new email. I tried clicking on Templates link on left - nothing showing. I tried Insert from top, and it says 'No Saved Template'

Thanks for the help. Also, if it's easier, I could just paste my HTML directly into a new email, but cannot figure out how to do that.
