I am a paid Zoho Mail subscriber and I would like to initiate a support request, however I cannot seem to login to the Zoho Customer Support Portal at
https://help.zoho.com/portal/signin.
I am using my normal Zoho login credentials (which work fine when signing into Zoho Mail), but all I get is "
Invalid Email Address or Password
". None of my Zoho email addresses seem to work if I try to reset the password.
How do I get support (apart from on this forum) without being able to log in? I'm a bit annoyed!
