I had been logged into my newly created CRM account for the past few days without logging out and I got back on my system this morning and continued my work of adding a Call and Follow Up, Tasks and it got to a point where it was loading after submitting my changes/addtions and it just hung there. When I attempted to reload the page, I got an error message page. If I tried to go to the main CRM sign in page at crm.zoho.com, I was not presented with a username and password box to sign in and that page almost immediately upon getting to the page redirected to a plank page. I tried forcing a sign out through forums and accounts (help.zoho.com/portal/en/community and accounts.zoho.com and came back to the crm login page and I did get the sign in boxes for username and password, entered my information and then again it redirected to blank screen. However, if I manually navigated over to accounts.zoho.com or help.zoho.com/portal/en/community, it showed my username or email address to indicate that I was signed in.
Can someone help so I can get back into my CRM portal????
