Hello Zoho community,
For a while now we are facing a huge setback. I create users and they can use zoho CRM normally from their browser but when they try to login from their mobile devices they get a
USER_NOT_ACTIVE
message.
I tried multiple times deleting and recreating the users from my company but it didn't work. I tried to log in with their mobile devices in my account and I encountered no problem.
Therefore, I deduce that the problem lies with the accounts. Does anyone know why is this happening and how can I solve this?
