Cannot logon to any accounts on domain

Cannot logon to any accounts in another domain. Domain is novyender.com. When logon is attempted the sign on button goest to 'signing in' and then nothing. It just sits there and spins. Passing message along for a fellow admin and will tell him your reply. He cannot sign on or get to control panel.
